Job Description :

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, and TypeScript
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil
• Proficiency in front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and Vite
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and micro frontends
• Experience with performance optimization and accessibility best practices
• Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and software development
• Expertise in writing JavaScript code
• Experience in developing UI pages with JavaScript, Angular/React
• Familiarity with REST APIs and integrations
• Expertise with UI technologies including HTML, CSS, and AJAX practices
• Expertise in developing Service Portal, pages, widgets, UI Builder, and other components based on requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong Data Structure & Algorithm knowledge.

Good to have:

• Experience with server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with backend technologies like Node.js or Python
• Knowledge of containerization and DevOps practices

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
