Job Description :

Forward Deployment Engineer (FDE): The FDE is a critical, multi-faceted role that bridges the gap between the Company’s core engineering teams and its key end-customers. FDEs are technical experts who play an instrumental part in the successful deployment, integration, and adoption of the ISV’s sophisticated products within an end-customer’s specific use cases.

• Lead end-to-end deployment of products in customer environments
• Understand customer use cases and translate them into technical solutions
• Configure, customize, and integrate products based on client requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to relay feedback and drive product improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during deployment and post-implementation
• Build proof of concepts (POCs) and demonstrate product capabilities to customers
• Ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and adoption of solutions
• Act as a technical advisor and primary point of contact for customer engagements

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or similar roles
• Strong programming skills in Python / Java / JavaScript (Node.js)
• Experience with APIs, system integration, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) and DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in customer-facing, fast-paced environments
• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Willingness to travel for client engagements (if required)
